RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
We only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out.
Returns
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving their item(s).
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
In case of a need to return, please leave us a message at Customer Service specifically stating the issue(s) experienced using the item(s).
To be eligible for a full return, the item(s) must be in the same condition and in the original packaging that it is received in.
Our Customer Service team will follow up with a return label to ship the product back to our fulfillment center.
After the arrival of the item(s) at the fulfillment center, we will assess the condition of the product and according to the assessment, the case will be resolved in a full refund, discount coupon, reshipment of product or decline of return.
After the assessment, a notification email will be sent to the e-mail address used to register the Spowind account with.
Please do NOT send item(s) back to the manufacturer nor send item(s) back to our fulfillment center without a shipping label provided by our Customer Service team.
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) is/are received and assessed, a notification email will be sent to the email address used to register the Spowind account.
After which, when eligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
In case of a delayed or missing refund, please contact the payment provider company of the payment method used for the purchase. It may take longer for payment providers to process the refund.
